Return Process

  Secure Packaging

  Place the electronic device back in its original manufacturer box with all included accessories, manuals, and cables to avoid any restocking fees.

  Shipping and Labeling

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the exterior of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
