What is the warranty period for ener-Z electronics?

All ener-Z products come with a standard 12-month manufacturer warranty covering any defects in materials or workmanship. Selected premium items may qualify for an extended 24-month protection plan.

How long does shipping take and is it tracked?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number to monitor your delivery in real-time.

What is your return policy for open-box items?

We offer a 30-day return policy. If you have opened the box, the item must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories included to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Do you offer international shipping for power banks and batteries?

Due to international safety regulations regarding lithium batteries, we currently only ship power-related products within the continental United States and select European regions.
